Job summary

Accenture is seeking experienced practitioners to own a functional tower within Cloud ERP implementations for colleges and universities. You will lead design, manage client relationships, and ensure high-quality delivery while navigating complex higher education governance structures.

You will apply AI-assisted analysis and drive change management within your tower, collaborating with stakeholders across finance, HR, payroll, procurement, and research administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of consulting or functional experience in higher education or community college environments.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on delivery experience with a Cloud ERP platform in a functional or technical capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional tower in your domain on Cloud ERP implementations for higher education institutions.
• Own design decisions within your tower, leveraging platform capabilities and university workflows.
• Build and maintain relationships with client functional leaders and engage as a peer.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and change management within your tower.
• Navigate integration complexity with other enterprise systems and reporting environments.
• Apply AI-assisted analysis to improve quality and delivery speed.
