Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior transformation lead for higher education ERP programs in the United States. You will drive cloud ERP engagements, shape functional design, and manage senior client relationships across finance, HR, payroll, and procurement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of consulting or functional experience in higher education or community college environments.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on Cloud ERP delivery with senior-level responsibilities.
• Experience engaging directly with senior functional executives in higher education.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cloud ERP engagements for college and university clients with accountability for quality and outcomes.
• Own senior client relationships in your functional area, engaging as a peer to executives.
• Drive design decisions accounting for decentralized finance and HR structures and governance dynamics.
• Lead change management strategies within a shared governance culture.
• Oversee integration strategy connecting ERP to student and research platforms and state reporting.
• Bring AI-enabled delivery and responsible workflow automation into engagements.
