Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of consulting or functional experience in higher education or community college environments.
• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on delivery experience with Cloud ERP in a functional capacity.
• Experience engaging directly with senior functional executives in higher education organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cloud ERP engagements for college and university clients with accountability for quality, client relationships, and outcomes.
• Own senior client relationships in your functional area, including senior leaders such as VP of Finance, CFO, CHRO, and Chief Procurement Officer.
• Drive functional design decisions that account for decentralized finance and HR structures, governance dynamics, and cross-functional integration dependencies.
• Lead change management strategy within your domain to build adoption in a shared governance culture.
