Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Solutions Architect to help accelerate growth within the World Wide Public Sector. You will own technical engagements, define architectures, respond to RFPs, and develop expertise in AWS services and security.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
• 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
• 4+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience

Responsibilities

• Own the technical engagement and ultimate success around specific implementation projects
• Define implementation architectures and respond to RFPs
• Develop deep expertise in AWS technologies and broad know-how on how applications are built on the AWS platform
• Provide thought leadership and share best practices within the AWS solution architect community
