Job summary

Hawkes Learning is seeking an Educational Courseware Representative to grow territory revenue for our software products in higher education. The role requires extensive campus travel (4 days/week) within a 1-3 hour drive from home, with occasional overnight travel during peak seasons, and a bachelor’s degree as a baseline.

Ideal candidates are located in Baltimore, MD or Philadelphia, PA, with experience in educational technology sales and a collaborative, coachable mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven experience in field sales, preferably in educational technology selling math.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher and willingness to travel 4 days per week.
• Strong written, oral, and non-verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily travel to college campuses to sell Hawkes’ courseware portfolio.
• Identify adoption targets and manage the sales process through to adoption.
• Research geographic territory and develop a strategic sales plan for lead generation.
• Partner with Customer Success and Marketing to drive expansion opportunities.
