Job summary

Hawkes Learning LLC is seeking an Educational Courseware Representative to grow territory revenue in higher education. The role involves selling Hawkes software, textbooks, and workbooks to colleges and universities, with extensive campus travel.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of field sales experience in educational technology, strongly communicates, and collaborates well with teams. Bachelor's degree required; willingness to travel is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of proven field sales experience, preferably in educational technology selling math.
• Entry level candidates accepted with some sales education.
• Ability to travel 4 days per week on campus travel and occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Daily travel to college campuses to sell Hawkes courseware portfolio.
• Identify adoption targets and develop a strategic sales plan.
• Research geographic territory to generate leads and nurture prospects.
• Partner with Customer Success Specialists to identify expansion opportunities.
• Assist with hosting virtual and in-person conferences and webinars.
• Manage complex committee adoptions through needs analysis.
• Maintain contact database and sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns and lead generation.
