Responsibilities

• Take every deal from signed contract to closed file, A to Z.
• Open title, clear title issues, and coordinate with sellers, buyers, title companies, lenders, attorneys, and agents.
• Build and manage the checklist for each file so every deadline, contingency, and document is handled on time.
• Keep sellers, buyers, and our internal team updated with clear, proactive communication.
• Spot problems early, elevate what needs an owner, and drive resolutions without drama.
• Maintain clean, accurate records in Salesforce and our internal systems.
