Qualifications

• Extremely strong phone skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and set appointments.
• Proven track record of hitting goals in sales, customer service, or other metrics-driven environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of handling objections and asking for appointments.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage a high volume of leads and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound seller calls and work outbound leads with speed-to-lead urgency, hitting daily targets.
• Qualify motivated-seller leads by uncovering motivation, timeline, property condition, and price expectations.
• Set and confirm quality appointments for Home Buying Specialists with complete notes for handoff.
• Maintain a long-term follow-up pipeline via calls, texts, and email.
• Enter and maintain CRM data for every lead and opportunity; ensure no lead is left behind.
• Contribute ideas to improve conversion across the team and participate in daily huddles.
