Job summary

Doota Industrial America seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Round Rock, Texas, with a short-term assignment that can become full-time. You will lead heavy-volume recruitment and help scale the employee experience in a fast-paced telecom-environment.

You will own end-to-end recruitment for all roles, source proactively, conduct interviews (phone/video/on-site), extend offers, and help ensure compliant, inclusive hiring. Office-based role, 5 days/week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
• 3-5yrs of high volume full life-cycle recruitment/ HR generalist background.
• Understanding of IT and Telecommunication industries.
• Excellent communication & writing skills.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment for all vacancies, junior to senior levels.
• Candidate interviews scheduled in a timely manner—phone, video, on-site.
• Facilitate offers and negotiate employment terms.
• Build talent pipelines and manage talent pools.
• Advise managers on compliant and equitable hiring decisions; onboard and develop talent.
