Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years related experience or equivalent.
• Experience using ATS, HRIS, and sourcing techniques.
• Experience with AI-powered recruiting tools to improve sourcing and efficiency.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting for high-volume roles, including sourcing, prescreening, interviewing, final selection, and salary negotiation.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
• Communicate duties, schedules, compensation, benefits, and advancement opportunities to candidates.
• Prepare and extend job offers and notify candidates of decisions.
• Maintain accurate candidate activity in the ATS and recruit metrics.
