Qualifications

• Associate degree with 3+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with ATS and recruitment technologies is required.
• Strong understanding of tribal preference and gaming regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage ATS and recruitment databases.
• Post and monitor vacancies on internal and external platforms.
• Source candidates via networking, job boards, social media, and partnerships.
• Screen applications and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Conduct reference checks and pre-employment testing as required.
• Coordinate background checks and other pre-employment screenings.
• Prepare offers and communicate decisions to candidates.
• Ensure compliance with Tribal Preference and company policies.
