Job summary

American Place Casino seeks a driven Talent Acquisition Manager to own recruitment strategy and full-cycle staffing across the property. You will partner with the Director of HR and hiring managers to shape staffing plans, ensuring a diverse and robust candidate pipeline for hotel, gaming, and support roles.

You will manage a team of recruiters, guide interview practices and social media recruitment, and oversee partnerships with schools and vendors while monitoring ROI and compliance with

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive recruiting/talent acquisition experience.
• 1–2 years in a direct people management or supervisory capacity.
• Experience in high-volume/mass hiring.
• Experience building community partnerships and managing recruitment budgets.
• Knowledge of employment law (EEO) and background checks.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred; degree in HR or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of HR Recruiters.
• Develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on staffing needs and role requirements.
• Train managers on interview best practices and structured interviewing.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for all property positions from requisition to offer.
• Build community partnerships to create long-term talent pipelines.
• Manage relationships with job boards, staffing agencies, and events; maintain SOPs.
