Job summary

San Joaquin Valley College Inc. is seeking a talent acquisition professional to execute full-cycle recruiting and build a robust pipeline. You will manage high-volume requisitions, source candidates daily, cold-call and network to engage talents, and partner with managers to meet hiring goals.

This role emphasizes data-driven recruiting, ATS integrity, and compliance, with opportunities to influence hiring strategies and contribute to the organization's growth.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to build relationships and influence hiring decisions.
• Associate’s degree in business, HR, or related field required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience with MS Office, ATS, social networks, and job boards.

Responsibilities

• Develops professional network including recruiters, agencies, and schools to source candidates.
• Supports hiring and alumni events to increase applicant flow and sources of qualified candidates.
• Communicates with candidates, managers, and stakeholders to facilitate a quality candidate experience.
• Maintains pipelines to deliver against immediate priorities and future needs.
