Boulder Connect is seeking an experienced recruiter to source and evaluate candidates for casino, hotel, and operational roles. You will guide applicants from initial contact and interviews to job offers and onboarding, ensuring a smooth hiring journey.

This role emphasizes building local recruitment channels, representing at job fairs, collaborating with managers, and training on fair hiring practices. You will maintain ATS records and ensure compliance with gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of recruitment or HR experience, preferably in hospitality or gaming.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS systems is preferred.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Building local recruitment channels via social media, job boards, schools, and community events
• Representing the organization at job fairs, outreach events, and campus recruitment

• Maintaining accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Ensuring compliance with Native Preference policies, gaming regulations, and laws

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of recruitment or HR experience, preferably in hospitality or gaming
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
• Strong organizational, computer, and communication skills
• Experience with HRIS/ATS systems is preferred

Additional Requirements

• Training in guest service, HR systems, responsible beverage service, gaming regulations, and fair hiring
• Ability to sit, stand, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive motions
