• 3 years of recent high-volume, fast-paced recruitment experience across multiple locations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Must have iCIMS Talent Platform experience.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to network across channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruitment for corporate-level openings via iCIMS Talent Platform.
• Handle candidate and client feedback process.
• Facilitate offers with approvals and timelines.
• Participate in recruiting events and report status to management.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
