Precision Power Solutions, a division of EnerSys, is seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple departments from our Pinellas Park, FL office. You will source, screen, interview, and extend offers, while partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.

The role demands excellent communication, organization, and the ability to handle fast-paced, high-volume hiring in a high-tech environment. Local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for multiple departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop candidate profiles.
• Conduct phone screens, structured interviews, and assessments to evaluate fit.
• Coordinate interviews, provide materials, and ensure timely feedback.
• Maintain compliant recruitment documentation in ATS/HR systems.
• Support background checks and offer processes in line with guidelines.
