Job summary

EnerSys, via its Precision Power Solutions division, is seeking a Recruiter to strengthen its talent pipeline across multiple departments in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. The role focuses on full-cycle recruitment, candidate experience, and collaboration with hiring managers to meet evolving staffing needs.

The recruiter will source, screen, interview, and extend offers while ensuring compliance with ITAR and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for multiple departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and candidate profiles.
• Conduct phone screens, structured interviews, and assessments to gauge fit and skills.
• Coordinate interviews, assemble panels, and ensure timely feedback for decisions.
• Administer assessments and review results with hiring teams.
