Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for diverse non-sales roles across the United States. You will manage multiple requisitions, partner with hiring managers, and build strong candidate pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting, experience in RPO or staffing, and strong sourcing/outreach skills. Knowledge of payroll, HR services, or professional services is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting high-volume U.S. hiring.
• Experience in an RPO, staffing agency, or metrics-driven corporate TA team.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions, managers, and deadlines.
• Experience recruiting non-sales positions across multiple departments.
• Strong direct-sourcing and outbound candidate-engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple non-sales positions across U.S. locations.
• Support a varied portfolio including corporate, admin, operations, payroll, HR, finance, technology, and more.
• Prioritize requisitions based on urgency, goals, and pipeline health.
• Maintain recruiting activity across concurrent searches with quality and follow-through.
• Adjust sourcing strategies as priorities and labor market conditions change.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies by position, location, and qualifications.
• Identify and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, referrals, and networks.
