Vensure Employer Services is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume, non-sales hiring across the United States. The role involves managing multiple requisitions, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering qualified talent in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has strong sourcing, screening, and communication skills, with experience in RPO or staffing settings and a solid foundation in HR processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume U.S. hiring.
• Experience in RPO, staffing agency, or high-volume corporate TA.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple non-sales positions across U.S. locations.
• Support a varied portfolio including corporate, admin, customer service, operations, payroll, HR, finance, tech, and other roles.
• Prioritize requisitions based on urgency, goals, and pipeline health.
• Maintain consistent recruiting activity across concurrent searches while preserving candidate quality.
