Distro is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across a broad portfolio of non-sales roles in the United States. You will manage multiple requisitions and partner with hiring managers to deliver qualified candidates efficiently.

The ideal candidate has strong recruiting fundamentals developed in an RPO, staffing agency, or large corporate recruiting environment. You will build talent pipelines, screen candidates consistently, and adapt sourcing strategies to changing

Formación

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably U.S. hiring.
Experience in RPO, staffing agency, or high-volume corporate TA environment.
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, including passive outreach.
Experience recruiting non-sales roles across multiple departments.

Responsabilidades

Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple non-sales positions across U.S. locations.
Prioritize requisitions based on urgency, goals, and pipeline health.
Develop targeted sourcing strategies and engage active/passive candidates.
Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and extend offers when appropriate.
Maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
