Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruiting efforts for the company and its division partners. You will partner with leadership to understand staffing needs, source candidates across multiple channels, and manage the interview and offer process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, familiarity with ATS and MS Office, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent as preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• PEO or multi-site, multi-state experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn other applications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition Supervisor to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networks, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and guide candidates through the offer process.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and provide timely communication throughout the process.
