Job summary

Express Employment Professionals, Atlanta NE is recruiting an experienced Talent Acquisition Associate for an immediate contract opportunity with an established organization in Chamblee/Tucker, GA to add to their team. This position will manage full-cycle recruiting activities for exempt and non-exempt positions and partner closely with hiring managers and HR leadership throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end recruiting processes.
• Proven ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience with hiring across exempt and non-exempt roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and source candidates.
• Screen and interview candidates for multiple positions.
• Coordinate offers, references, onboarding, and new-hire orientation.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and assist with HR KPI reporting.
• Support referral programs and recruiting outreach.
