Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, managing offers, and collaborating with the sales team. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of recruiting experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional background, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recruiting experience (agency experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must live within 45 minutes of Oklahoma City and be comfortable working onsite daily.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit top candidates through various channels.
• Build strong relationships with candidates through communication.
• Screen candidates and guide them through the hiring process.
• Negotiate offers and manage the placement process.
