Job summary

Sprout is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting across Operations, Sales, Finance, Engineering, and G&A. You will partner with leaders to define role requirements, build sourcing strategies, and close candidates in a competitive market.

Role requires experience in both search/staffing and corporate in-house environments, with strong sourcing and negotiation skills, plus proficiency with an ATS like Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in search/staffing and corporate in-house settings.
• Proven ability to recruit across multiple departments or functions, not limited to one area.
• Strong sourcing skills, including proactive pipeline generation for hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse/Lever/iCIMS) and standard sourcing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for diverse, cross-functional requisitions across departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategy, and timelines.
• Build proactive sourcing pipelines using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Manage candidate experience end-to-end: screening, interviews, offers, closing.
• Advise on market conditions, compensation benchmarking, and competitive positioning.
• Maintain pipeline data and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
• Represent Sprout's employer brand throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
