Job summary

Mindgruve is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting across multiple disciplines for client-focused teams in the U.S. You will build pipelines, engage passive candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers to develop targeted sourcing strategies.

In this role you’ll leverage Greenhouse and AI-enabled tools to streamline processes, deliver a superior candidate experience, and drive hiring standards that align with Mindgruve’s growth goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience, ideally within an agency, digital, media, technology, marketing, or fast-paced environments.
• Strong proactive sourcing skills with success identifying and engaging passive talent.
• Proficient knowledge of Greenhouse or comparable ATS experience required.
• Experience recruiting across multiple disciplines with media, analytics, technology, or creative talent preferred.
• Ability to independently manage recruiting activity while adhering to processes and team expectations.
• Strong networking, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication, responsiveness, and follow-through with candidates and hiring teams.
• Curiosity and learning agility to understand unfamiliar roles and markets.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process and drive searches from kickoff to offer.
• Proactively identify, source, and engage exceptional talent, building strong pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop targeted sourcing strategies and align with priorities.
• Maintain accurate candidate activity in the ATS and follow established workflows.
• Use talent intelligence, automation, and recruiting tools to improve research, sourcing, outreach, and engagement.
• Source through LinkedIn, networks, referrals, events, universities, and emerging talent channels.
• Develop an understanding of roles and learn the skills, terminology, and markets.
• Create thoughtful, personalized outreach to engage passive candidates.
• Qualify and screen candidates to understand experience, capabilities, motivations, and trajectory.
• Calibrate candidate profiles with hiring managers and leadership to keep searches moving.
• Adjust sourcing approaches proactively to maintain robust pipelines.
• Drive a high-quality candidate experience through every step.
• Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
