Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a high‑volume Sales Recruiter to drive the full life cycle recruiting process across our resorts and travel brands.

You will source, screen, and refer top candidates, manage postings, and move candidates through ATS, partnering with hiring leaders to meet talent needs. You will develop strong relationships with managers, create recruiting plans, and maintain compliance with posting requirements and background checks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Communications, Psychology, or related field.
• 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting; agency/search experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive full life cycle recruiting, from requisitions to onboarding, meeting hiring needs.
• Document and report recruiting metrics weekly/monthly/quarterly.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand business goals.
• Develop and maintain recruiting brand and sourcing library for campaigns.
• Collaborate with trainers to ensure compliance with corporate hiring processes.
• Lead area recruiting projects and share best practices across sites.
• Create annual recruiting action plan including budgeting and compensation guidance.
• Exchange best practices with other recruiters and align on regional objectives.
• Lead recruitment media campaigns within budget and timelines.
