Job summary

Wyndham Destinations is seeking a high-volume Sales and Marketing Recruiter to drive full lifecycle recruiting across our organization. You will create requisitions and postings, source and screen candidates, and move top talent through the ATS, partnering with hiring leaders to meet business goals.

The role requires 1–3 years of fulfilling recruiting experience (sales/marketing preferred), strong communication, and the ability to handle multi-site needs in a fast-paced travel environment.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, communications, psychology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in sales/marketing or related fields.
• Agency/search firm experience preferred; sales/marketing recruitment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage the full life cycle recruiting process from requisitions to candidate placement.
• Strategically source, screen, and refer quality applicants to hiring leaders.
• Maintain internal postings, referrals, and ATS records; document and report recruiting metrics.
