Job summary

Portillo’s in Fishers, IN is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, coach team members, and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a high‑volume setting.

You’ll plan shifts, manage scheduling, training, and cash handling, while ensuring sanitation, food quality, and compliance. Strong leadership, communication, and P&L awareness are essential; the role offers growth, benefits, and a fast-paced, fun team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Experience with inventory, budgeting, and labor planning.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Able to read, speak, and understand English.
• Flexibility to work 50+ hour weeks including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of sanitation and food safety regulations.
