Job summary

Shaw's Crab House in Chicago is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our high-volume, full-service locations. You will lead service alongside front-of-house teams, run shifts, and drive guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Skilled in developing guest rapport.
• Skilled in leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Run shifts and direct the daily operations of a restaurant.
• Oversee closing duties including safe countdown, labor sheets and nightly numbers.
• Organize, open and close shifts to ensure guest and employee satisfaction.
• Provide guidance and leadership to hourly and management teams while fostering our Culture of Caring.
• Respond promptly to guest and employee needs and feedback.
• Assist GM in managing costs, driving sales and achieving financial goals.
• Partner with GM to interview, hire, onboard, train, supervise and develop BOH staff.
• Perform inventories of food, beverage and restaurant supplies and place orders; inspect deliveries.
• Move and lift up to 50 pounds.
