Job summary

Village Pub Aliante is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will oversee front-of-house, back-of-house, and bar performance, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability in a fast-paced Las Vegas setting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in hospitality leadership, strong budgeting and training skills, and a track record of coaching diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive food and beverage knowledge in front- and back-of-house operations.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Experience in a regulated environment within a restaurant or gaming property.
• Proven track record of managing operations, finances, and staff performance.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and coach for success.
• Excellent communication and administrative skills.
• Must be over 21 and able to obtain Nevada Health Card, TAM Card, and Non-gaming Card.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations across front-of-house, back-of-house and bar.
• Ensure services meet quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction standards.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment compliant with health and safety requirements.
• Train, motivate, and manage a diverse team of staff.
• Schedule and supervise staff to meet peak and off-peak needs.
• Address performance issues and provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Manage budgets, labor costs, food costs, and inventory.
• Analyze financial reports to drive profitability and initiatives.
