Virgil in Las Vegas is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and oversee sales, service, and profitability. You will recruit and develop staff, manage openings and closings, and ensure adherence to brand standards; a high-volume casual to fine dining background is preferred.

The role requires leadership, hospitality, and attention to detail as part of a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a lively Las Vegas setting.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years Restaurant Management experience in high volume casual or fine dining (10-35M) environment.
• Strong computer skills; knowledge of Aloha, OpenTable, Excel, Word, and timekeeping software; good judgment to make timely decisions.
• Passion for service; exceeding guest needs.
• Excellent communication; interacts with management, servers, team members and guests.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to manage at all levels.
• Reliable, dependable; guest and employee focused.
• Fluent in English.
• Flexible to work weekends and varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant and team to deliver an exceptional guest experience daily.
• Oversee all department functions during openings, mid, and closing shifts; supervise FOH team; manage inventory.
• Enforce company initiatives and policies to improve quality, service, and operations; ensure compliance.
• Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and communicate job expectations under GM/DO supervision.
• Demonstrate efficiency by delegating, consolidating tasks, and maintaining urgency.
