Buddy V's Restaurant is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead on the floor and set the tone for service in a high-volume Las Vegas dining room. This leadership role demands presence, precision, and a confident, guest-focused approach.

You will oversee all front of house operations during shifts, train and mentor staff, manage guest recovery, and collaborate with chefs and resort partners to ensure seamless service and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of restaurant/front of house management in a high-volume setting.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities with guest-focused approach.
• Experience with staffing, scheduling, and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all front of house operations during shifts, ensuring service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and mentor FOH staff; manage interviewing, hiring, onboarding and performance management.
• Coordinate with chefs and resort partners to ensure seamless service and brand standards.
