Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, schedule, coach, evaluate, and manage department staff to support high performance and service excellence.
• Translate organizational goals into actionable plans and ensure timely delivery under leadership guidance.
• Establish and uphold service standards within the department to meet guest expectations and goals.
• Supervise tavern and exterior areas for cleanliness, organization, and readiness for service.
• Ensure staff adhere to side work, uniform standards, and cleanliness policies.
• Maintain knowledge of front- and back-of-house operations and step into service roles when necessary.
