You will be responsible for running a profitable operation, delivering top-tier Quality, Service, and Cleanliness, and ensuring our customer standards are consistently met across all shifts, while promoting a welcoming guest experience.

You will lead a team of Department and Shift Managers, hire and develop leaders, coach staff, and set plans to achieve restaurant goals.

Qualifications

• Experience running high-volume locations in quick-service environments.
• Strong leadership and people development capabilities.
• 18 years of age or older to supervise in restaurants.
