The Fonseca Group is seeking a General Manager to run a profitable restaurant and uphold our high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. You will lead a team of Department Managers, set goals with leadership, and ensure coaching and development across departments.

Ideal candidates have prior General Manager experience in high-volume settings, preferably in quick service environments. You must be 18 years or older to manage in our restaurants.

Qualifications

• General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for meeting critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Leads a team of Department Managers and provides coaching and direction to improve departments.
• Ideal candidates should have GM experience in high-volume locations; quick service background strongly desired.
