Ideal candidates bring General Manager experience in fast-casual or quick service settings and are 18+ years old. The role includes developing leaders for the future and maintaining a guest-focused culture.

Qualifications

• GM experience running high volume locations
• Background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired
• 18 years or older to be a manager

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Set goals with leadership and create plans to achieve them.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, set goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build the right team for the future.
• Ideal candidates should have GM experience in high volume locations and background in quick service restaurants.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.
