Randstad in City of Industry, CA is seeking an experienced Industrial Branch Recruiter to manage full-cycle, high-volume recruitment onsite. You’ll drive sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating terms, and onboarding for industrial roles in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with internal teams and local trade schools, ensure compliance with California employment laws, and leverage UltiPro and Kenexa BrassRing to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume industrial recruitment.
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment in industrial/manufacturing.
• Proficient with ATS and HR software (UltiPro, Kenexa BrassRing).
• Knowledge of California employment laws and compliance.
• Strong sourcing via social media and local networks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for industrial roles, incl. sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating terms, onboarding.
• Build sourcing strategies using social media recruitment marketing, ATS tools, job boards, cold calling, and local events.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, external recruiters, and local trade schools.
• Coordinate candidate orientation, support evaluations, and retention initiatives.
• Maintain full compliance with federal and California employment laws.
• Utilize ATS and HR software (UltiPro, Kenexa BrassRing) to track candidates.
• Proactively build pipelines for recurring, high-demand roles.

This role supports industrial branch operations through end-to-end, high-volume recruiting, with the tools and systems you need to move candidates efficiently. You will also work within a structured environment that emphasizes compliance, candidate experience, and ongoing talent pipeline development.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for industrial roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating terms, and onboarding
• Build innovative sourcing strategies using social media recruitment marketing, ATS tools, job boards, cold calling, and local networking events
• Partner with internal stakeholders, external recruiting partners, and local trade schools and educational institutions
• Facilitate candidate orientation, support employee evaluation processes, and contribute to workforce retention strategies
• Maintain full compliance with federal and California employment laws
• Use ATS and HR software (example tools include UltiPro and Kenexa BrassRing) to track candidates and streamline workflows
• Proactively build candidate pipelines for recurring, high-demand industrial positions

Requirements

• Prior experience in high-volume industrial or manufacturing recruitment is required
• Proven track record in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment within an industrial, logistics, or manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software, such as UltiPro or Kenexa BrassRing
• In-depth understanding of California employment laws and HR compliance standards
• Expertise in social media recruitment, candidate lead generation, and targeted talent mapping
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation capabilities
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple active job requisitions in a fast-paced environment
