Job summary

Manpower West in Murrieta CA is seeking a Recruiting Assistant for a long-term temporary role to cover a leave of absence. This fast-paced, high-volume position focuses on sourcing, interviewing and developing candidates.

You will source, interview and qualify candidates for Light Industrial, Administrative/Clerical and Skilled Technical roles; build a strong candidate pipeline; manage multiple orders; and partner with hiring managers to meet client staffing needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruiting experience in Light Industrial, Administrative and Skilled Technical staffing.
• Proficiency posting to Job Boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.).
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems; Fieldglass a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, interview and qualify candidates for Light Industrial, Administrative and Clerical and Skilled Technical positions.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using job boards, databases, social media, networking, referrals and sourcing strategies.
• Manage multiple job orders and requisitions while delivering timely, quality placements.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and present qualified candidates.
• Build strong lasting relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
• Partner with clients to provide recruiting insight and help solve staffing challenges.
• Participate in job fairs, hiring events, community outreach and other recruiting activities.
• Stay current with recruiting trends, technologies and creative sourcing strategies.

Overview of Position

Manpower West is looking for a Recruiting Assistant to join our team in Murrieta CA. This position is long term temporary to cover a leave of absence.

This is a fast-paced high-volume recruiting role with responsibility for sourcing interviewing candidate development client partnerships and supporting the growth of our market.

What You'll Do

• Source recruit interview and qualify candidates for Light Industrial administrative and Clerical and Skilled Technical positions.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using job boards databases social media networking referrals and creative sourcing strategies.
• Manage multiple job orders and requisitions while delivering timely quality placements.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and present qualified candidates.
• Build strong lasting relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
• Partner with clients to provide recruiting insight and help solve staffing challenges.
• Participate in job fairs hiring events community outreach and other recruiting activities.
• Work closely with the Market Manager and team to support client relationships.
• Stay current with recruiting trends technologies and creative sourcing strategies.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of recruiting experience in Light Industrial Administrative and Skilled Technical staffing.
• Proficient in posting to Job Boards such as Indeed Zip Recruiter etc.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Proficiency in Fieldglass Software highly desirable and a huge plus!
• Experience managing multiple orders and candidates in a fast-paced environment.
