Job summary

Pomelo Care, the leading virtual medical practice for women and children, is hiring a Recruiter to manage high-volume hiring across the organization. You will run full-cycle searches, use AI tools to speed up workflows, and analyze pipeline data to keep candidate velocity high.

The role requires 3+ years in fast-paced recruiting, experience with AI-enabled sourcing, and the ability to measure funnel metrics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in high-volume recruiting.
• Experience in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments.
• Experience using generative AI tools for messaging and search parameters.
• Ability to measure pipeline health with funnel metrics and response rates.
• Proven ability to find passive candidates and tailor outreach.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting across multiple requisitions—sourcing, screening, coordination and offers.
• Use AI tools to write outreach, build search strings, draft interview materials and automate tasks.
• Source beyond standard LinkedIn Recruiter searches in niche communities.
• Build Ashby reports to track conversion rates and hiring velocity; adjust strategies accordingly.
