We are looking for someone who thrives when managing heavy requisition loads, uses modern tech to speed up daily recruiting operations, finds talent through non-traditional channels, and knows how to pull actionable reports.
The expected base salary range offered for this role is $100,000-$120,000. This role is also eligible for equity, giving you an ownership stake in Pomelo’s mission. Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
