Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice for women and children, offering 24/7 care across pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, menopause, and perimenopause. We are seeking a Recruiter to manage high-volume hiring nationwide, using AI tools to speed workflows and monitor pipeline data.

You will own end-to-end processes across multiple requisitions, write targeted outreach with AI, search beyond LinkedIn, and build Ashby reports to track velocity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in high-volume recruiting; capable of filling many roles quickly.
• Active use of generative AI tools to write messaging and optimize searches.
• Measurable pipeline health using funnel/conversion metrics and outreach response data.
• Experience finding passive candidates outside standard channels.
• Ability to switch between candidate profiles and shifting hiring priorities.
• Self-manages workload and drives roles to closure with minimal supervision.

We're looking for a Recruiter to manage high-volume hiring across the organization. In this role, you will run full cycle searches, use AI tools to streamline workflows, and dig into pipeline data to keep candidate velocity high.

We are looking for someone who thrives when managing heavy requisition loads, uses modern tech to speed up daily recruiting operations, finds talent through non-traditional channels, and knows how to pull actionable reports.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end process across multiple open requisitions simultaneously—handling initial sourcing, screening, coordination, and offer extensions at scale without sacrificing speed or candidate experience.

• Use tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and automated sequencers to write targeted candidate outreach, build search strings, draft interview materials, and reduce manual administration.

• Look past standard LinkedIn Recruiter searches to find talent in niche communities, specialized forums, and custom search tools.

• Build and pull custom Ashby reports to track stage conversion rates, outreach response rates, and hiring velocity. Use this data to spot pipeline bottlenecks and adjust strategies early.

• Lead intake calls, set candidate calibration standards, provide regular data-backed pipeline updates, and guide teams through offer negotiations.

• Keep candidate profiles, stages, and communication records updated in Ashby to ensure clear visibility across the team.

Who You Are

• 3+ years in high-volume recruiting withproven experience managing heavy requisition loads and filling high candidate volume in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.

• You actively use generative AI tools to write messaging, optimize search parameters, and eliminate repetitive administrative work

• You rely on concrete numbers like funnel conversion rates and outreach response metrics to measure pipeline health and make recruiting decisions.

• You know how to find passive candidates off the beaten path and tailor outreach to get higher response rates.

• You easily switch gears across different candidate profiles and open seats as company hiring priorities evolve.

• You manage your own workload, prioritize high-impact tasks, and drive roles to closure without needing daily oversight.

Preferred Tech Stack

• ATS: Ashby (strong preference for reporting and pipeline analytics) or Greenhouse.

• AI & Sourcing: ChatGPT, Claude, LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Indeed, and outreach automation tools.

Compensation

The expected base salary range offered for this role is $100,000-$120,000. This role is also eligible for equity, giving you an ownership stake in Pomelo’s mission. Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
