Job summary

Pomelo is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage the recruitment process for multiple U.S. client roles. The ideal candidate should have over 4 years of experience in fast-paced startup environments and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, and maintaining candidate relationships. This role is remote, offers competitive pay in USD, health benefits, and performance bonuses. Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in fast-paced startup environments.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to assess candidate fit beyond the resume.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles.
• Source talent through job boards and proactive outreach.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview scheduling.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Track candidates and hiring workflows in our ATS.
• Collaborate with the leadership team on talent needs.
