Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice focused on women and children, offering 24/7 clinical care and a patient-centric approach. We are hiring a Clinical Recruiting Associate to drive high-volume provider acquisition across our Midlife Program, including Dietitians, Menopause Providers, and Mental Health Specialists.

The role requires a self-starter mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage fast-paced recruitment cycles in a growing startup.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience recruiting in healthcare/telehealth/clinical fields.
• Experience hiring 1099 contractors is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume candidate pipelines across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for prospective providers and vet clinicians.
• Drive high-volume outreach to build fast-moving candidate pipelines.
• Lead outbound sourcing and recruiting initiatives for priority provider roles.
• Manage recruiting inboxes and provide timely, professional answers to questions.
• Track funnel metrics and optimize conversion rates to improve time-to-hire.
• Identify process improvements to scale recruitment operations.
