Job summary

You will source, screen, and interview candidates for Center Manager, Wax Specialist, and Guest Service Associate roles, coordinating with District Managers and HR to meet staffing needs. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of recruiting experience required.
• Experience with ATS and online sourcing platforms required.
• High-volume recruiting experience preferred across multi-location retail or service-based operations.
• Experience partnering with multiple hiring leaders across locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of open positions across corporate-owned centers.
• Recruit for Center Managers, Wax Specialists/Estheticians, and Guest Service Associates.
• Source candidates through job boards, social networks, schools, partnerships, referrals.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for frequently hired roles.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and structured interviews.
• Present qualified candidates with clear recommendations to hiring leaders.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Coordinate interviews and support offer/ pre-employment steps with HR and leaders.
• Monitor hiring timelines and adjust sourcing strategies as needed.
