Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• High-volume recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-location retail or service operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of openings across multiple centers and markets.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for Center Manager, Wax Specialist, and Guest Service Associate roles.
• Partner with District and Center Managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and deliver a positive candidate experience.
