Job summary

European Wax Center in Plano is seeking a hands-on Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for Center Managers, Wax Specialists, and Guest Service Associates across multiple corporate-owned locations. You will source, screen, and interview candidates to build strong pipelines and move quickly through the hiring process.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of recruiting experience.
Experience using an applicant tracking system and online sourcing platforms.
High-volume recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage a high-volume portfolio of open positions across multiple corporate-owned centers and geographic markets.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, schools, and referrals.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and structured interviews.
Present qualified candidates to hiring leaders with clear recommendations.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
