Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking a Vice President, Operations – Multi-Unit Operation to drive end-to-end performance across corporate centers. In partnership with the COO, you will shape strategies, talent plans and infrastructure to sustain rapid growth without sacrificing excellence.

You will lead a high-growth field organization, own financial outcomes, and oversee integration of acquisitions to ensure consistent guest experiences and strong ROI across the portfolio.

• Own end-to-end P&L performance for corporate centers and drive revenue, profitability and ROI.
• Lead field strategy with hands-on presence in the centers to align execution with corporate goals.
• Set multi-year operating strategy and coordinate with COO/CEO on initiatives and capital planning.
• Oversee integration planning for acquisitions, including Day 1 readiness and post-close stabilization.
• Develop and sustain a high-performing field organization with clear accountability and leadership pipelines.
• Establish operating cadence with weekly reviews, KPI tracking, and governance across locations.
