Job summary

Primary Services in Houston is seeking a High Volume Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for multiple manufacturing facilities. You will focus on production, warehouse, maintenance, and other operational roles, collaborating directly with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and drive hiring results.

The role requires 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience, strong sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to manage several requisitions simultaneously.

Qualifications

• 3+ years corporate recruiting experience required, including high-volume recruiting.
• Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers).
• Experience recruiting hourly/production/warehouse or other operational roles.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to support staffing decisions.
• Proficiency with ATS, online job boards and candidate sourcing platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in manufacturing, food & beverage, distribution, or industrial environments preferred.
• UKG experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, not required.
• Ability to work onsite in Northwest Houston, TX required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume production, warehouse, maintenance, and operational positions across multiple facilities.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified hourly employees and manufacturing personnel.
• Partner with hiring managers to prioritize vacancies, forecast staffing needs and hiring requirements.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, direct outreach, and community recruiting initiatives.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications and requirements.
• Manage multiple active requisitions while maintaining pipelines and progress.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, pre-employment screenings, and hiring activities.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring hiring needs and future workforce demands.
• Track recruiting activity, candidate status, and hiring progress in ATS.
• Monitor metrics, identify sourcing challenges and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
• Participate in hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives.
• Provide hiring managers with regular updates on availability, timelines, and results.
