Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a passionate Recruiter for our Mesquite, Texas location. You’ll partner with HR and business leaders to source, assess, and hire for hourly Operations, Manufacturing, and Distribution roles while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

You will manage high-volume requisitions, use social media and job boards to attract local talent, and participate in pre-employment testing and onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of recruiting experience.
• 2+ years of high-volume recruitment experience is required.
• Use of social media to attract applicants.
• Job boards including Indeed, LinkedIn and resume search.
• Experience organizing/managing job fairs, both in person and virtual.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for hourly Operations, Manufacturing and Distribution teams.
• Source, attract, assess, hire and onboard candidates; manage a positive candidate experience.
• Manage high-volume requisitions and build local talent pipelines.
• Lead screening, interview process, feedback, and ATS tracking.
• Coordinate with leadership and hiring managers to define roles and requirements.
• Support HR initiatives and retention activities.
• Initiate pre-employment testing including background checks and tracking results.
• Track recruitment metrics and report KPIs to stakeholders.
• Deliver excellent service to internal clients and applicants, upholding RealTruck's image.
• Fill openings to meet KPIs for talent replacement or growth.
