RMS Companies is seeking a Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for a diverse set of roles across its hotel, restaurant, construction, and property management teams. The recruiter will partner with hiring managers to create effective hiring plans and ensure a respectful candidate experience.

The role emphasizes high-volume hiring, onboarding coordination, and ensuring pay transparency in postings. A Bachelor's degree in HR or business and ADP/ATS experience are preferred.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, in-house or agency.
• Experience hiring for high-volume hourly, construction, or hospitality roles.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.
• Experience with ADP or similar applicant tracking systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from start to finish for hourly, construction, supervisory, and professional roles across all lines.
• Meet with hiring managers to define role needs, set expectations, and agree on a plan and timeline.
• Write and post clear, inclusive job ads with pay range and benefits description.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, schools, and events.
• Screen applicants, schedule interviews, and coordinate structured interviews.
